Warranty registration

We would like to remind you that you need to register your lift with us, in line with our warranty terms and conditions.

Please contact our After Sales Dept - 0121 552 5503. You can register your warranty online or alternatively via the card provided in the 'sticker pack' and posted.

Important:

This needs to be done within 45 days of the initial LOLER inspection, for warranty qualification. Please ensure that if you use a PLS agent that they have a current PLS certificate of competence.

If all the warranty work and LOLER certifications are carried out by PLS the lift will carry a 3 year warranty, which can be extended to 5 years at the discretion of PLS, if not the warranty will be the 12 months from initial LOLER.

Extended warranties on ALL lift types can be arranged with the factory, please contact PLS Sales team for further details.

If you cannot complete all of the fields e.g. vehicle registration date, please contact PLS or your vehicle provider.
