N.B: If you cannot complete all of the fields please contact PLS or your vehicle provider e.g. vehicle registration date.
We would like to remind you that you need to register your lift with us, in line with our warranty terms and conditions.
This can be done on line on our web site …. www.passengerliftservices.co.uk or by post using the registration card in your lift information pack. This needs to be done within 45 days of the initial LOLER inspection, for warranty qualification.
Please ensure that if you use a PLS agent that they have a current PLS certificate of competence.
If all the maintainance repairs and LOLER certifications are carried out by PLS the lift will carry a 3 year warranty, which can be extended to 5 yrs at the discretion of PLS. If not the warranty will be the 12 months from initial LOLER.
